Protein Cream with Dark Chocolate is a protein spread with pure whey protein (Whey) isolate and hazelnuts.

This protein cream is low in sugar and enriched with vitamin E and B vitamins. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, while vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Contains no white sugar (sucrose)

Dark Chocolate Protein Cream , like all Ultimate Italia protein creams, contains Erythritol and Maltitol which from a technical point of view are sugar alcohols (polyols). These are substances normally present in nature (erythritol is contained in fruit and maltitol is obtained from corn). They have very few calories (erythritol 0 calories and maltitol 2.4 calories per gram) and have a very low glycemic index (Erythritol equal to 0 and Maltitol to 35); this means that they are absorbed very slowly and, therefore, can be used both by people who wish to control their blood sugar, and by overweight people who wish to lose weight.

Contains beneficial oil for well-being and vitality

In our protein creams you will find neither rapeseed oil nor sunflower oil, but precious peanut oil. Peanut-derived oil has a fatty acid composition similar to that of olive oil, as it contains many monounsaturated and few polyunsaturated acids (the opposite of sunflower oil). It is also an oil rich in vitamin E with a strong antioxidant power. Useful against dry skin and dandruff, it helps regulate blood cholesterol levels.
