Food supplement of collagen, hyaluronic acid, arginine, glycine and lysine.
It also contains vitamin C which contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of the skin and cartilage, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress (together with zinc), to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (together with iron).
Furthermore, the zinc content contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails and to normal protein and DNA synthesis.

How to use
Shake a 15 g dose (equal to a heaped spoonful) in a shaker with water, preferably fasting for 2 hours and without taking anything else in the following half hour.
Keep the product closed and stored in a cool and dry place.
