Ingrediants
Concentrated whey protein; whey protein isolate; hydrolyzed whey proteins; low fat cocoa; flavorings; papain dry extract (0.03%); sweetener: sucralose; vitamin B6; vitamin B2.

How to use
Take 2 - 3 servings per day of 20 - 40g each.
The most suitable times are: breakfast, mid-morning, mid-afternoon, before going to sleep.
Shake the contents of one serving (30 g in 120 ml of water) in a shaker, together with water or low-fat milk. Once dissolved, the product should be consumed throughout the day.

Warnings
In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks) the doctor's opinion is necessary.
The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney, liver disease, pregnancy and under 14 years.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
It is advisable not to exceed the indicated doses.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
