Ingrediants
Whey protein isolate by ultrafiltration and cross-flow microfiltration; low fat cocoa; thickener: xanthan gum; leucine; emulsifier: lecithin dysoia; flavorings; artificial sweeteners: acesulfame K; sucralose; bromelain 1600 GDU; pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B6; riboflavin (Vitamin B2).

How to use
Take 2 - 3 servings per day of 20-40g each.
The most suitable times are: breakfast, mid-morning, mid-afternoon, before going to sleep.
Shake the contents of one serving (equal to 3 large tablespoons), with a shaker, together with water or low-fat milk. Once dissolved, the product should be consumed throughout the day.

Warnings
In case of prolonged use (over 6 - 8 weeks) the doctor's opinion is required.
The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney, liver, pregnancy and under 14 years.
It is advisable not to exceed the indicated doses.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
