How to use
Shake a 30 g dose (equal to 2 full scoops) in 250-300 ml of water with a shaker. Once dissolved, the product should be consumed throughout the day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep the product out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks), the doctor's opinion is necessary. The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney, liver disease, pregnancy and under 14 years.
