What is it for?

How to use

Take 2 - 3 servings per day of 20 - 40g each.
The most suitable times are: breakfast, mid-morning, mid-afternoon, before going to sleep.
Shake the contents of one serving (30 g in 120 ml of water) in a shaker, together with water or low-fat milk. Once dissolved, the product should be consumed throughout the day.

Warnings

In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks), the doctor's opinion is required.
The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney, liver, pregnancy and under 14 years.
