Calendula Officinalis 9CH Granules
Homeopathic medicine
Calendula is a remedy that acts on the lymphatic system and on the blood-forming organs. It has a particular affinity for the female genital system. It has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory (anti-inflammatory) and healing properties: it is a vulnerary of the same family as Arnica and Bellis perennis. However, unlike these, for external use, it can be applied to injured skin, lacerocontuse wounds and burns of any part of the body, leading to healing and avoiding suppuration.
The remedy is also useful in cases of tuberculous adenitis, mastopathy (breast lumps), ulcers, herpetic eruptions, hardening of the glands with a tendency to suppuration, tonsillar abscesses, difficulty urinating in the elderly. It proves to be a valuable remedy in obstetrics and dentistry.
Calendula is labeled as the antiseptic of homeopathy.
The Calendula subject is irritable, depressed, nervous, has a very acute hearing, is easily frightened and the act of drinking causes him to shiver with goosebumps.
Symptoms worsen in the open air, with cold, with humidity, with cloudy weather (the flowers of the plant close when a dark cloud passes). They improve with rest or, in the case of illness with fever, if the subject is walking.
The main (complementary) synergists of Calendula are Hepar and Sulfuricum acidum. In cases of wounds with an unbearable sensation of pain, the association with Hypericum or Chamomilla is useful.
