The Kingdom of Lu® offers two versions of crystallized ginger, depending on the amount of sugar you prefer. Not only that, ginger (ginger) helps fight flu states, it also facilitates blood circulation, protects the digestive system, and is effective against all types of nausea and joint pain.

Consumption

Ginger (Ginger in English) is a perennial vegetable of which rhizomes are consumed (Zingiber officinale root).
In the Chinese tradition linked to plant treatments, Ginger is popular due to its proven beneficial effects. GINGEROL and ZINGIBERENE are phenols; together with the SHOGAOLI and ZINGERONE sesquiterpenes typical of the Zingiber, transformations by drying or cooking of the GINGEROLO, they maintain in every state the powers that distinguish them.
For millennia it has been renowned for its contributions to human nutrition and health. In the modern era, its effects have been scientifically proven and uses for the modern pharmacopoeia established.

The powers

Antioxidants, antimicrobials, anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptotic (ability to revitalize cell membranes), anti-allergic, have been proven in vivo and in vitro and research has made it one of the most used active ingredients.

More recently, as a stimulator of cellular protection, also in nutraceutical formulations of concentrate or extract, it is used to combat severe diabetic and hepatic pathologies.

The consumer of Crystallized Ginger has access to the product in a simple and continuous way throughout the day; it immediately perceives its value and hardly interrupts its consumption.

Ginger has no known incompatibilities and does not contain gluten .

Crystallization

The crystallization process consists of a candying which allows to maintain the organoleptic qualities and makes it easy to consume in all situations.
The osmosis process reduces the water content in the rhizomes and the sugar content is gradually raised, however, reaching levels that do not exceed the weight of the product itself.
Ginger does not need high amounts of sugar in order to promote conservation, it does not age thanks to its chemical conformation.
The loss of water is contained as is the weight loss resulting from the process.
Once dried, it drops a part of the sugar left on the lid which settles in the bottom of the containers. Neither additives nor preservatives are used during processing and after the process.
