Bergamot fruit eg (Citrus x bergamia Risso & Poit.) Tit. 38% polyphenols, pomegranate fruit eg (Punica granatum L.) tit. 40% ellagic acid, sweet orange fruit eg (Citrus aurantium var. Dulcis Hayne) tit. 60% hesperidin, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
We recommend taking 2 capsules together in the morning or one in the morning and one at lunchtime, to be swallowed with a large sip of water.
