TRIPTOMAQ is a food supplement based on L-Tryptophan, Magnesium chelate, Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Niacin and Melatonin, and is indicated in case of increased need or low dietary intake of these nutrients.

L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, that is, it is not produced endogenously and consequently must necessarily be introduced with the diet; moreover it represents on average only 1% of the amino acids taken, so its concentration can often be deficient in the blood.
