Upelva Pekana is a homeopathic-spagyric medicine indicated in case of dysmenorrhea: alterations in the menstrual cycle; premenstrual mastodynia.

Formulation

CYCLAMEN D3 : changes in the menstrual cycle and dysmenorrhea. Migraines of digestive origin, or in the premenstrual phase.

HELONIAS DIOICA D3 : hypotonia and atrophy of the female genital organs, heaviness in the lower abdomen, prolapse, with asthenia and psychic depression. Mastodynia.

HYPERICUM TM : specific action on the nervous system: pains of spontaneous nerve endings or of traumatic origin. Nervousness.

KALIUM CARBONICUM D4 : asthenia with a neuroendocrine situation still valid but in a phase of rapid exhaustion.
Indicated in the sequelae of serious and debilitating diseases (difficult childbirth, abortion) with psychic depression. Other disorders of the genital system: dysmenorrhea (with stabbing and stabbing pains), oligomenorrhea; anemias.

STAPHYSAGRIA D4 SPAGIRICO : feminine remedy for disorders of the autonomic nervous system, for the repressed choleric state and depression with sexual motivations that produce states of neural hypersensitivity, functional disturbances of the visceral organs, predisposing to vaginal or vulvar infections (itching).

VIBURNUM OPULUS D1 : specific action for states of nervous agitation (female), accompanied by chronic dysmenorrhea, pain and contractions of the urinary system. Viburnum distinguishes, compared to Chamomilla and Valerian, the hyperexcitability at different localization (pelvic organs and urinary tract) and the modalities (short, intense and cramp-like pains).

XANTHOXYLUM FRAXINEUM D3 : nervous agitation, fearfulness, ease of hysteria, depressive tendency. It is the remedy for relaxation of the ligaments of the uterus, prolapse and fibroids. Also useful in dysmenorrhea and muscle cramps.

How to use

Unless otherwise prescribed: adults 15 drops. Take the respective doses 3 times a day, before meals, diluted in a little water.
