Potassium contributes to normal nerve and muscle function. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism and normal muscle function. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin B6, riboflavin and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and contribute to energy metabolism. Vitamin D contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy metabolism.

How to use
Take 1 sachet a day, to be dissolved in a glass of water.
