URGO Aphthae and Small Wounds of the Mouth Filmogel® - Taste red fruits is a ready-to-use liquid patch for the treatment of canker sores (on the appearance of 1-2 canker sores)

What is a canker sores?

It is a superficial lesion of the oral mucosa that manifests itself as a painful ulcer with sharp edges and a white interior, with a bright red outline. The causes of the onset are poorly known, although some factors can promote their occurrence: heredity, certain foods, physical trauma (bite of the oral mucosa, presence of oral dentures, oral surgery), some drugs, stress or hormonal changes .

How does Urgo Afte Filmogel® red fruit flavor work?

Once applied, a protective film is formed, visible, thin and elastic.

How to use

Blot one side of the applicator on the edge of the bottle.
Apply the remaining amount on the lesion and spread with the help of the applicator to cover the area to be treated.
Let it dry for about ten seconds: a visible film will form. If the lesion is not covered properly, repeat the operation.
Apply Urgo Afte Filmogel® as many times as necessary, up to a maximum of 4 times a day and preferably before main meals, until complete healing (3-5 days).
As long as the film remains visible, it is not necessary to renew the application.
The hygiene of the product is guaranteed by its composition, it is not necessary to clean the applicator after use.

Composition

Cellulose derivative, Mineral acid, Carboxylic acid, Alcohol, Water, Aroma.

Warnings

Do not apply in case of larger canker sores (diameter> 1 cm) or herpetiformis (tiny canker sores present in large numbers) which require medical supervision. Do not apply to infected wounds, burns and deep (bleeding) wounds.
Do not use in case of allergy to salicylic derivatives.
Due to the absence of studies on pregnant or lactating women, the use of the product in these types of patients is not recommended.
