Description

URGO Herpes Filmogel is a ready-to-use liquid patch for the protection and treatment of cold sores and can be used from the first symptoms (itching, itching, burning) until the herpes disappears completely.

What is a cold sore?

URGO Herpes Filmogel® is a liquid patch that forms a treating, discreet and insulating film, effective at all stages of herpes.

How to use

Apply the dose necessary to cover the herpes on clean skin with the help of the disposable spatula. You may experience a transient stinging or burning sensation upon application.
Leave to dry for 1 to 2 minutes. The drying time depends on the amount of product applied.
A clear film will form on your herpes.
Filmogel technology can be used from the very first symptoms (tingling, itching, burning) up to 4 times a day to limit the reappearance of herpes.
Continue the treatment by renewing the application as many times as necessary, depending on the seal on your skin and lips (2 to 4 applications per day maximum).
Continue the treatment until complete healing.
Urgo Herpes Filmogel® has been designed for a practical, safe and hygienic application thanks to the disposable spatulas.

Hygiene rules to follow during the onset of herpes

Thanks to the formation of a thin and discreet film, the Filmogel technology of Urgo Herpes allows to isolate herpes.
Each time, to avoid the risk of self-contagion or contamination of others, it is important to respect the following hygiene rules:

• Avoid kissing those around you and very young children.
• Wash your hands thoroughly if you come into contact with herpes.
• Do not rub eyes and eyelids.
• If you wear contact lenses, never moisten them with your saliva.
• Avoid touching or scratching the herpes.

Composition

Cellulose derivative, mineral acid, carboxylic acid, vegetable oil, alcohol and water.

3ml bottle with 24 disposable spatulas (precise application)

Warnings

Do not apply to cold sores with a diameter greater than 1 cm that require medical supervision. Do not use in case of allergies to one of the components.
Due to the absence of studies on pregnant or lactating women, the use of the product in these types of patients is not recommended.
