KTECH (wadding: viscose, polyester; mesh layer: polyamide, elastane) White short-stretch bandage, providing compression, protection and absorbency

KPressLayer 2

KPRESS (acrylic, polyamide, elastane; cohesive material containing natural latex *) Pink / beige long-stretch cohesive bandage, which provides the additional compression needed to achieve therapeutic pressure for leg ulcers and fixes the bandage system in place * For latex allergic patients and professionals, a latex-free option is available KPRESS Latex Free: cotton, polyester, polyamide, elastane; synthetic latex-free cohesive material.

HOW TO USE

UrgoK2 is a two-layer compression bandage system, which benefits from the exclusive technology of the PresSure system. The PresSure system has been specifically designed to aid in applying the recommended therapeutic pressure (average 40 mmHg) for venous leg ulcers from the first application. UrgoK2 provides the same gold standard compression provided by four-layer bandaging systems, but with only 2 layers.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• Arterial conditions (arterial or predominantly arterial ulcers; known or suspected arterial disease)
• Ankle-Brachial Pressure Index (ABPI) <0.8.
• Patients with diabetic microangiopathy, ischemic phlebitis (phlegmatia coerulea dolens), septic thrombosis.
• Ulceration following infection.
• Allergy to any of the components, especially latex for the "non latex free" version
