UrgoStart Plus Pad is an innovative interactive dressing in non-woven, absorbent and gelling fabric, formed by a colloidal lipid matrix rich in saccharide factors (TLC-NOSF) that reduces the healing time and polyacrylate poly-absorbent fibers that guarantee cleansing6 , 7.
The TLC-NOSF matrix has been shown to be effective in reducing healing time by an average of 100 days (compared to 210 days with neutral dressing), in several double-blind randomized controlled clinical trials and in a real-life analysis.
The TLC-NOSF matrix is the only treatment recommended by NICE (UK) for the management of patients with venous lesions of the lower limbs and diabetic foot.
