DAILY DOSE FOR 1 CAPSULE: Pumpkin seeds e / s 1: 4 200 mg, Nettle root e / s tit. 0.4% beta-sitosterols 150 mg of which beta-sitosterols 0.6 mg

DOSAGE: It is recommended to take one capsule a day.
