Valdispert Menopause Day & Night is a food supplement based on plant extracts, magnesium and melatonin. Specially developed with a day formulation (white tablet) and a night formulation (pink tablet) in a single package, with a double action it specifically counteracts the main day and night disorders, which occur during pre-menopause and menopause.

Valdispert Menopause Day & Night, thanks to the beneficial and recognized properties of its ingredients, can represent an effective help for all women in pre-menopause and menopause, who want to calmly face the problems that often arise: hot flashes, unstable mood, fatigue, maintenance of bone structures, cellular aging, increased fluid retention, fat accumulation, feeling of appetite, difficulty in falling asleep.

To try to adapt the correct quantity of ingredients to the intensity of the disturbances perceived by each woman, Valdispert Menopause Day & Night tablets are designed to be divided into two parts, thanks to the pre-cut line which therefore allows you to modulate administration as needed.

The choice of components
Day formula (white tablets) and night formula (pink tablets).
The two formulations have 3 components in common, the intake of which is recommended during the entire 24-hour period: the phytoestrogens from red clover extract mimic the regulatory effects of female estrogens, counteracting hot flashes, while Vitis vinifera is known for its its anti-aging action. Magnesium combats fatigue, stabilizes mood and participates in the maintenance of bone structures.

The day formula (white tablets) is also characterized by the presence of maté extract, which promotes weight control and has an energizing effect.

The night formula (pink tablets) instead has lamelatonin, which, taken before bedtime, facilitates sleep.

When and how to take it
For pre-menopausal disorders:
1/2 day formula tablet (white color) in the morning and 1/2 night formula tablet (pink color) in the evening just before bedtime.
For menopausal disorders:
1 day formula tablet (white color) in the morning and 1 night formula tablet (pink color) in the evening just before bedtime.

Warnings and precautions
Store at room temperature (not above 25 ° C); avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in unopened package. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years old. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a correct lifestyle. Do not take during pregnancy. The product must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods of more than 3 weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice.
