Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated minimum 0.42% in total sesquiterpenic acids such as valerenic acid (valerian, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), bulking agent: calcium phosphatebasic; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate. Outer shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

How to use
We recommend taking 2-3 capsules a day, divided into two daily doses, one of which in the evening.
