Description
Phytotherapeutic formula based on valerian root enhanced with hemp seed powder, developed to promote a state of relaxation on several levels and help the physiological night rest even in case of stress. Valerian is a valuable aid to restore calm, reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality, while hemp promotes the maintenance of correct cellular function, useful for an effective response to anxiety and stress. The high concentration of the functional principle promotes optimal sleep if taken before sleeping, while during the day it allows you to find a state of calm when anxious situations arise.

Property
Valerian : its roots contain the essential oil with an antispasmodic effect composed of numerous elements including: sesquiterpenes, specific iridoids, hydroxyvalerenic and acetoxyvalerenic acids, delborneol esters including bornyl acetate and isovalerianate, aldehydes such as valerenal and ketones such as valeranone.
Valerian as a whole also exerts a hypotensive action and the most active compounds seem to be valerenic acid, with antispasmodic action, and valeranone, with anticonvulsive, hypotensive and edative activity. The relaxing action on the gastrointestinal muscles is useful in irritable colon, in spastic colitis and in general in intestinal disorders of psychosomatic origin. Its anxiolytic action is moderate and does not resemble the action of benzodiazepines, making it an excellent remedy for anxiety, hyperexcitability and stress-related problems. It does not interfere with normal functions or lead to addiction. The root does not appear to prevent or make it more difficult to drive a car or work with machinery, nor does it appear to produce drowsiness as a side effect. It has also been used successfully as a relaxant and sedative for tooth extractions. It is also useful in viral gastroenteritis (rotavirus).
Cannabis sativa : does not contain delta-6-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the psychotropic component of the plant, except in traces below 1 ppm. The use of superfood Cannabis seeds in this formulation is linked to their high content of biologically active nutrients, involved in metabolic cycles that may be affected by the lack of these components in case of psycho-physical fatigue. Cannabis seeds are an excellent source of nutrients in particular thanks to the content of essential diamino acids and unsaturated fatty acids, present in a correct ratio for dietary requirements. Contains high levels of L-arginine, useful for lowering blood pressure, a parameter that can be easily influenced in situations of stressful anxiety.
In addition to amino acids and essential fatty acids, hemp seeds contain other bioactive and protective compounds that contribute to their health benefits such as polyphenols and lignamides. They are also an excellent source of vitamin-avoiding minerals. The presence of mineral salts such as calcium, iron, phosphorus helps to counteract fatigue, increasing the production of energy and promoting the well-being of the organism. The presence of magnesium favors the relaxing action. Vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy metabolism and the functioning of the nervous system, vitamin B2 is involved in the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function.

How to use
We recommend taking 2 tablets a day to be swallowed with a little water.

Warnings
Do not use in case of breastfeeding, use of sedative, antiepileptic, hypnotic drugs.
Avoid in depression and insomnia with restlessness in the morning.
