Magnesium Marino food supplement based on magnesium, calcium, vitamin B6 and folic acid.

Magnesium is the fourth mineral present in greater quantities in our body after calcium, phosphorus and potassium. This makes it an indispensable resource for our health. Magnesium deficiencies can lead to many diseases and ailments such as cramps, muscle aches, nervous system disorders, chronic fatigue, joint problems or pregnancy related problems.

2 types of Magnesium: chloride and pidolate

In addition to Calcium, Vitamin B6 and Folic Acid, Marine Magnesium Vanda contains 2 types of magnesium: marine magnesium (highly bioavailable magnesium chloride) and pidolate (for rapid absorption)

Main indications

magnesium and vitamin B6 are useful for normal energy metabolism, for the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, for the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological functions.

Calcium is useful for normal muscle functions and folate contributes to normal hematopoiesis, normal homocysteine metabolism and the growth of maternal tissues in pregnancy.

Description and properties

Magnesium : It is a fundamental constituent of cells where it stimulates the enzymes involved in metabolic processes, plays a role of fundamental importance for neuromuscular contractions and for electrolyte balance, thus favoring a good functioning of the nerves and muscles. It helps to reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue, both physical and mental, consolidates the formation and growth of bones and teeth.

Calcium : it is a fundamental component of the bone mineral matrix and is necessary for the maintenance of normal teeth and bones. It stimulates cellular metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, it also promotes muscle functions.

Vitamin B6 - pyridoxine : is a water-soluble vitamin necessary for the proper functioning of over 60 enzymes and participates in the energy cycle by activating the release of glycogen by the liver and muscles. Promotes normal homocysteine processing and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and is also indicated for the regulation of hormonal activity, for the normal functioning of the nervous system and for a normal psychological function.

Folic acid : it intervenes in the cell division process, is involved in the synthesis process of amino acids and in hematopoiesis. It contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism and to the normal growth of maternal tissues in pregnancy. Promotes normal functioning of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Indications for use

We recommend taking 3 capsules a day of Magnesium Marino Vanda.

Contraindications

Contraindicated in cases of ascertained hypersensitivity to one of the components.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
