Indications:
prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary thrombo-embolism in the post-operative and in the finned patient when there are contraindications to pharmacological prophylaxis.

Features:
compression is exerted on the superficial venous system, thus obtaining an increase in blood velocity in the deep venous system with a reduction in venous stasis and the incidence of thrombosis.
The fabric is resistant to creams and ointments.
- Thigh stocking, open toe.
- Hold-up stockings, open toe.
- Monocollant, open toe.

Warnings:
do not use in case of acute dermo-hypodermatitis and skin infections. Incorrect choice of size does not guarantee the desired therapeutic action. Rare cases of contact skin allergy are described.
