The RAL certified VARISAN® TOP line is capable of responding to the therapeutic needs of the most demanding patients thanks to its wide range of references and wide wearability (5 standard sizes and 5 plus sizes, in two lengths).

The product is very pleasant because it is made with a multi- filament yarn that gives the sock a great softness and breathability, also facilitating its wearability . Some references are available with cotton in contact with the skin. All the items in this line are also made to measure .

Indications

CLASS II (23 - 32 mmHg) standard and customized
Superficial vein thrombosis, acute deep vein thrombosis, lymphedema, prevention of post-thrombotic syndrome.

Contraindications

Acute dermal hypodermatitis, skin infections, peripheral arterial disease, known contact allergy to elastic braces.

Duration of treatment

Compression treatment with VARISAN® medical compression stockings must usually be carried out only during the day. The stocking should be put on in the morning, if possible before getting up and taken off in the evening before going to bed. In fact, during rest the transmitted compression could be excessive. For short afternoon rests it is not necessary to remove the stocking. It is recommended to walk as much as possible during the day.

Validity

The noble materials used in the construction of the VARISAN® elastic compression brace and the technologies adopted for its technical construction guarantee the product for 6 months from the first use, respecting the instructions for use.
