Vaseline oil is used after hemorrhoid operations or other surgical operations that require a decrease in defecative effort in the post-surgical period, but also when it is necessary to empty the intestine before radological examinations, endoscopy, and surgical interventions, or even in case of constipation.
Vaseline oil forms an emulsion in the intestine with the feces, softening the mass.
It also has a lubricating effect that facilitates the expulsion of faeces.

How to use

It is good to use it only for short treatment periods, and avoid giving this drug to children unless there is constant medical monitoring.
