The protein blend contained in VEG PROTEIN 100% is made up of 3 protein sources: soy, rice and pea. This particular formulation allows to obtain an amino acid profile similar to a classic concentrated whey protein.
VEG PROTEIN 100% is also free of lactose and gluten and has a great taste.

Property
Soy Protein Isolate: Contains the highest percentage of protein of any other soy protein powder. They are the ideal choice for vegetarians and vegans. It is suitable for those suffering from lactose intolerance.
Rice protein isolate: found in the concentrated fraction of the whole grain of rice, it is extracted by wet grinding. The amino acid profile of risola protein makes it a great alternative to whey protein, as it contains the same amino acids needed for muscle tissue development and repair.
Pea Protein Isolate: They are rich in essential and non-essential amino acids. Another advantage of these proteins is their high digestibility.

How to use
It is recommended to take 30 g (three scoops) of product per day, dissolved in 200 ml.
