Vegetarian Powder EurekaVet - Complementary Food for Herbivores

EurekaVet Vegetarian powder is a micronized, soluble food, rich in fiber, specifically designed to feed all small herbivores, even in a forced way, in general: rabbits, chinchillas, small rodents, small herbivorous reptiles and chelones.

Infectious bacterial or viral pathologies, dysmetabolics, renal insufficiency, hepatic insufficiency, stressful situations associated with an incorrect diet, induce a state of debilitation that can lead to a poor appetite up to a state of real anorexia. In these cases the situation is particularly serious and quickly leads:

• Alteration of the absorption of liquids in the intestine with phenomena of constipation, hardening of the stool and formation of trichobezoars.
• Gastric and caecal meteorism phenomena with colic and hypomotility.
• Alterations of the intestinal bacterial flora
• Total anorexia, hepatic lipidosis, death.

It is a micronized, soluble food, rich in fiber, specifically designed to feed even in a forced way in general all small herbivores: rabbits, chinchillas, small rodents, small herbivorous reptiles and chelones.
It is essential, in case of anorexia or constipation, to force the animal to ingest food for two reasons:
1. promote the resumption of peristalsis by accelerating the emptying of the constipated stomach.
2. provide nourishment and calories to the subject subjected to a prolonged fast.

Product structure

VETCARE Vegetarian is a high-fiber food consisting of:

• Blend of dehydrated vegetables of high nutritional value and rich in fiber: dehydrated alfalfa powder, dehydrated carrots.
• Micronized cellulose for food use.
• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) which exerts a strong antioxidant action, useful in case of hepatic overload, fundamental integration in guinea pigs that are unable to synthesize it.
• Prebiotic complex: FOS and inulin which act as an ideal substrate for the physiological intestinal bacterial flora.
• Detoxifying herbal complex: the extract of Taraxacum Off. Has a detoxifying, purifying hepatorenal action, stimulating the appetite. Curcuma L. extract develops a cytoprotective action on the hepatic cells, choleretic-cholagogue action, promotes digestion.

How to use

Administer 15/20 gr. every 12 hours for 3, 4 days diluted in water or according to the opinion of the veterinarian.
