Melatonin DISPERT® is indicated for all those who suffer from alterations in the sleep-wake rhythm, due to:
Time zone changes (jet lag)
Work stress due to irregular hours, shift work
Advancing age (phase of life in which the body's production of melatonin decreases physiologically)
Dosage and method of use
1 tablet, containing 1 mg of melatonin, 36 mg of niacin (vitamin B3) and 9.5 mg of vitamin B6. We recommend taking Melatonin DISPERT® a quarter of an hour before going to bed, preferably at the same time. In fact, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Do not use Melatonin DISPERT® in case of hypersensitivity to one of the components. We do not recommend the use of Melatonin DISPERT for children under the age of 3, for women who are pregnant, breastfeeding and for women who plan to become pregnant.
Melatonin DISPERT® is a food supplement. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
