DOSAGE AND METHOD OF USE

We recommend taking only 1 sachet a day of VIDOS JOINT to be dissolved in a glass with plenty of water, preferably after a meal.

It is recommended to take for periods of at least 3-4 months or unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor.
