Medical device for ophthalmic use consisting of an isotonic saline solution with physiological pH, free of preservatives and composed of substances naturally present in the tear film. Thanks to the particular qualitative-quantitative composition, the NOXERO formulation has moisturizing and humectant properties and can be used to hydrate the ocular surface in cases of irritation and dryness. NOXERO is indicated for irrigation and washing of the conjunctival sac.

Indications for use
Dry eye
NOXERO is indicated for the alleviation of the symptoms of dry eye, of moderate form, due to both extrinsic and intrinsic causes such as:
- Unfavorable environmental conditions
- Use of contact lenses
- Dry eye
Surgical interventions

NOXERO is also indicated following surgical interventions, in particular refractive post surgery.

NOXERO can also be used by children after medical consultation.

Instructions for Use
1) Wash your hands thoroughly.
2) Detach a single-dose vial.
3) Twist the cap and gently pull the end to open the single dose. Keep the cap to be able to close the single-dose.
4) Gently squeeze the single-dose and instill 2 drops in each eye, if not otherwise prescribed.
5) After instillation, immediately close the single dose with the appropriate cap, turning it upside down. Make sure that the container is properly closed and that the cap does not come into contact with other surfaces to avoid contamination of the dispenser and therefore of the solution. The content left inside the single-dose can be reused within 12 hours of first opening.

Composition
Sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, sodium acetate trihydrate, sodium citrate dihydrate, hydrochloric acid 2N, water for injectable preparations qs 100 ml.

Warnings and Precautions
- The product is for ophthalmic use only.
- Do not use the product if the container is damaged or if the single-dose is not perfectly closed and / or intact.
- During instillation, do not touch the eye or other surfaces with the tip of the dispenser.
- Do not use the product in case of known hypersensitivity to even only one component of the formulation.
- In case of problems during use, stop the treatment immediately and consult a doctor.
- Do not use the product beyond the expiration date.
- Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use.
- Keep out of reach of children.

storage
The content can be reused within 12 hours after first opening.
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 ° C.
When the packaging is intact, do not exceed the expiry date shown on the package and on each single-dose.

The package consists of 4 sterile strips each consisting of 5 resealable single doses of 2 ml.
