Rhodiola rosea is a herbaceous plant native to the cold and mountainous areas of Siberia and Tibet and, used since ancient populations, it represents a valid aid to increase the physical and psychological resistance of the organism.
The fundamental characteristic that makes Rhodiola rosea unique compared to other species is due to the presence of specific glycosides that make this plant an excellent adaptogen, it is mainly used for two functions: support for the immune system and tonic-adaptogen in the presence of both physical and mental. It also acts favorably on the normal mood.
Useful in case of tiredness, fatigue and lack of energy, support to the nervous system, mood alterations.

Ingrediants

[Rodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.) root extract standardized to 3% in rosavin, 1% in salidrosides and 40% in polyphenols; rodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.) root powder] in a base of alpha-alpha, spirulina and blueberry; capsule (HPMC).
Does not contain: dairy products, lactose, sucrose, wheat, soy, artificial colors, artificial preservatives, artificial flavors.

Nutritional characteristics

How to use

1 to 3 capsules per day to complete the main meals. The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed in a glass of water.
