Sterile, isotonic and buffered ophthalmic lubricating solution at physiological pH based on Poloxamer 407, Polyquaternary 133 and disodium EDTA.
Thanks to the presence of poloxamer 407, it creates a protective mechanical-physical barrier that lubricates and stabilizes the tear film, reducing tear evaporation and the risk of microbial contamination.
It is useful in counteracting the symptoms of ocular discomfort associated with inflammatory phenomena also on an infectious basis and in the pre and post surgery.
Finally, the presence of a saline buffer system helps to maintain the pH at physiological values, regulating tear osmolarity.

How to use

Instill 1 or 2 drops 2 times a day in the conjunctival sac of each eye or according to the doctor's opinion.

• Remove the protective cap;
• Instill 1 or 2 drops into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye by lightly pulling the lower eyelid down and looking up.
• After use, close the bottle immediately: the solution can be reused within 28 days after first opening.

PQ133 100 mg, poloxamer 407 4.500 mg, disodium EDTA 100 mg, buffered isotonic solution qs 100 ml.

Warnings

• Do not use the product if allergic or hypersensitive to any of the components.
• Do not use the bottle if it is damaged or not tightly closed when opening for the first time.
• The use of worn contact lenses is not foreseen.
• Instill the product at least 10 minutes after using other ophthalmic medications.
• Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.
• The expiry date refers to the product in intact and correctly stored packaging.
• The product maintains its sterility up to 28 days from the first opening of the bottle.
• Use the product within 28 days of first opening the bottle.
• Wash your hands before applying the product.
• Do not touch your eyes or any other surface with the bottle tip.
• Close the bottle tightly after use.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Ophthalmic use, do not ingest.
• The product is intended for single patient use.
• Do not dispose of the bottle in the environment after use.
• Excess unused product must be disposed of according to local legislation.
• It is not recommended for use in pregnant, lactating women and individuals under the age of 18.
• In case of undesirable effects stop the treatment and consult your doctor.
