Ophthalmic ointment without preservatives which in addition to vitamin A, vitamin E and expanthenol, contains petroleum jelly, viscous paraffin, lanolin, cetystearyl alcohol and purified water.
Vit-A-Vision is used for lasting improvement of the tear film and for intensive protection of the ocular surface. Its cellular protective properties allow normal re-epithelialization when this is compressed by dryness.
Thanks to its very soft and elastic consistency, Vit-A-Vision can be distributed very well on the ocular surface. The ointment is characterized by its excellent tolerability, especially thanks to the content of vitamin A, which is a natural component of the tear film. Vit-A-Vision relieves symptoms such as burning, dryness or eye fatigue. The eyelids slide smoothly over the cornea and conjunctiva. The eyelids slide smoothly over the cornea and conjunctiva.
Dexpanthenol, which is converted into pantothenic acid in the body, belongs to the B vitamins. Dexpanthenol increases the ability to bind water, is well absorbed in the skin and has healing properties.

How Vit-A-Vision works

Vit-A-Vision provides lasting relief from symptoms of dryness, inflammation and mild irritation, in particular

• In the presence of environmental stress, for example from air conditioning, wind or atmospheric pollution, for example from cigarette smoke;
• In case of fatigue and visual stress caused by prolonged vision, for example on a computer screen, under a microscope or in the case of long journeys by car;
• Under conditions of mechanical stress, caused for example by hard or soft contact lenses or by diagnostic procedures on the eye. Preservative free.

How to use Vit-A-Vision

Vit-A-Vision is usually applied 3 times a day for lasting improvement of the tear film and intensive protection of the ocular surface. It is especially recommended to apply the ointment in the evening, before going to bed, so that it can have an intensive and lasting effect on irritated eyes.
Unscrew the protective cap, tilt the head back slightly, pull the lower eyelid away slightly from the eye. Press lightly on the tube and apply about 0.5 cm of ointment into the conjunctival sac. Slowly close your eyes. Close the tube tightly after use.
Application should continue for more than 30 days.

Vit-A-Vision Warnings

After application, temporary blurring of vision may occur; in this case, do not drive vehicles, do not operate machinery and wait for the restoration of normal visual acuity.
Do not use: in ocular infections; in hypersensitivity to one of the components.
Contact your eye doctor if irritation and inflammation persist.
Vit-A-Vision should not be used while wearing contact lenses.
If you are also using other eye preparations besides Vit-A-Vision, observe a sufficient interval of approximately 30 minutes between the application of Vit-A-Vision and that of the other eye preparations.
Do not touch the eye or the skin of the face with the tip of the tube, to avoid infection or eye damage.
Avoid bending or rolling the tube to avoid damaging it.
Keep out of reach of children.

Proper storage of Vit-A-Vision

It is recommended to store at room temperature, away from sources of heat and humidity. Do not use after the expiration date. It can be used for 3 months after opening.
