D VIT 2000 UI is a food supplement in Vitamin D tablets
Vitamin D is essential for calcium homeostasis, and is instrumental in the growth and maintenance of the skeleton.
The metabolically active form is cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), which acts by promoting the absorption of calcium and phosphate in the intestine, the deposition of calcium in the bones and the maintenance of cartilage trophism. Cholecalciferol stimulates the synthesis of CaBP (calcium-carrying protein) in enterocytes.
Physiological levels of Vitamin D prove useful in the control of inflammatory phenomena.
Furthermore, vitamin D is important to support the proper functioning of the immune system and protect the body from infectious diseases of a viral or bacterial nature.
Vitamin E is the antioxidant par excellence.

How to use
Up to 8 drops (2000 IU) per day (equal to 0.38 ml). It is possible to dilute the drops in water or other liquid. Shake the bottle well before use.
