How to use

Children 3-10 years: 4-6 drops per day (10-15 mcg / 400-600 IU). Children over 10 years, pregnant and breastfeeding women: 4-15 drops per day (10-37.5 mcg / 400-1500 IU). Adults: 6-20 drops per day (15-50 mcg / 2000 IU). It is recommended to take Vita D drops with meals. The product can be taken pure or added to juices, vegetable milks or dishes.
