VitaCalm® All Night is in fast / retard double-release tablets to induce falling asleep and keep it all night reducing nighttime awakenings.
The innovative two-layer fast / retard technology allows, in fact, a gradual absorption of plant ingredients and better use by the body. Lavender , Valerian and Escolzia , contained in the first quick-release layer, promote falling asleep. Passionflower , contained in the second layer to release within 4 hours, promotes relaxation and a continuous and restful sleep.
In double layer tablets:

• 1st layer, immediate release, with Valerian, Escolzia and Lavender: they promote falling asleep.
• 2nd layer, with Passionflower: promotes relaxation and a restful and continuous sleep.

When to use it

Indicated to promote night rest, in case of light or intermittent sleep, nocturnal awakenings and early morning awakenings.

How to use it

1-2 tablets in the evening, taken with a little water before going to bed.
