sublingual melatonin

Food supplement with melatonin and lemon balm essential oil. Melatonin regulates sleep, lemon balm has a relaxing and soothing action.
Melatonin is a substance naturally produced by our body useful for reducing the time needed to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime). Sublingual administration ensures faster absorption and greater bioavailability.
It can be useful in case of difficulty falling asleep. It also helps overcome ailments related to jet lag.
Citrus taste. Sweetened with steviol glycosides extracted from Stevia.

Ingrediants

	for 1 tablet
Melatonin	1.00 mg
Essential oil lemon balm	1.00 mg

How to use
1 tablet in the evening, taken with a little water or other drink.
To reduce the time needed to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to sleep. For jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin just before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.

Warnings
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to consult the doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. The supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet.
