Food supplement of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA Plus) from fish oil purified with multiple molecular distillation and Quatrefolic (5MTHF-glucosamine), a source of folate.
How Maternal DHA Life works
Each bead provides 450mg of DHA and 400mcg of folate from Quatrefolic.
In women of childbearing age, the supplementary intake of folic acid increases the state of maternal folate. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor for developing neural tube defects in the fetus. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily supplementary intake of
folic acid of 400 mcg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception.
The mother's intake of DHA contributes to the normal development of the brain and vision of the fetus and breastfed infants. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily dose for omega-3
250 mg of DHA and EPA. Folate also contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism.

How to take Maternal DHA Life
The dosage of this food supplement is as follows, it is recommended to take 1 pearl a day at the beginning of the meal, take with small sips of water to facilitate the swallowing of the pearl.
