Food supplement of 11 vitamins and 7 minerals with differentiated release formulation. Riboflavin, Vitamins B6 and B12, Pantothenic Acid, Magnesium and Iron are useful for reducing tiredness and fatigue. Thiamine contributes to normal energy metabolism. Iron is useful for normal cognitive function and for the transport of oxygen in the body. Vitamins C and E, Zinc, Copper and Manganese protect cells from oxidative stress; Vitamin C, Zinc and Copper are also useful for contributing to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, while Vitamin D to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus.
INGREDIANTS
Calcium carbonate, bulking agent: cellulose; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), magnesium oxide, stabilizer: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), nicotinamide (niacin), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; zinc citrate, dyes: iron oxides and hydroxides; ferrous fumarate, retinyl acetate (vitamin A), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), copper sulfate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), manganese sulfate, sodium molybdate, D-biotin (biotin).
METHOD OF USE
1 tablet per day to be taken on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast or lunch. Swallow with a large glass of water.
