A ready-to-drink, low-volume, easy-to-make liquid protein substitute for the dietary treatment of Phenylketonuria. Pku Cooler is suitable from 3 years of age.

DESCRIPTION
Use under medical supervision. Cooler PKU System is a range of ready-to-drink phenylalanine-free medical foods,
available in neutral (white) and flavored (orange, purple and red) flavors, containing essential and non-essential amino acids, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals,
trace elements and polyunsaturated long-chain Omega-3 fatty acids (LCP); Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaanoic acid (EPA). Contains sugars and sweet flavor versions.

INDICATIONS
The Cooler PKU device is intended for the dietary management of phenylketonuria (PKU) from 3 years of age.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
To be determined by the doctor or dietician, and it depends on the age, body weight and medical condition of the patient.
Cooler PKU10 device provides 10g of protein equivalent.
Cooler PKU15 device provides 15g of protein equivalent.
Cooler PKU20 device provides 20g of protein equivalent.
The products can be used individually or interchanged to meet individual protein needs.
1. Daily protein requirement is referred to as cooler PKU.
2. Additional proteins are provided by natural protein exchanges, to provide phenylalanine in controlled amounts, which is essential for normal growth and development.
3. Foods high in carbohydrates and fat, but low in protein, should be provided to provide the rest of the energy.

GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION
Shake well, open and drink.
Permitted water or beverages should be taken after cooler PKU.

ALLERGEN DECLARATION
Contains fish oil, milk and soy lecithin.

STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place and refrigerate first
use if desired.
Once opened, refrigerate and use inside
24 hours

DURATION: 9 months

IMPORTANT NOTICE
It should only be administered to patients with proven PKU under close medical supervision.
Suitable from 3 years.
The diet must be supplemented with natural proteins, water and other nutrients in the quantities prescribed for the intake of phenylalanine,
fluid and general requirements.
Do not use as the sole source of nutrition.
Not for intravenous use.
