Description
Dietary supplement. The hair is made up of keratin, a protein that gives it strength, resistance and elasticity. To help keep the hair in good health, the product combines plant principles and essential elements, such as:
- Cystine: amino acid of which keratin is made up.
- Vitamin B8 (biotin): helps keep the hair healthy.
- Zinc: contributes to the normal synthesis of proteins, such as keratin.
- Vitamin E and selenium: help protect cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
20% GLA borage oil (Borago officinalis L., semen), L-cystine, fish jelly, sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus L., semen); condenser: glycerin, magnesium oxide; black currant extract (Ribes nigrum L., fructus); emulsifier: soy lecithin; zinc sulphate monohydrate, maize starch, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E); thickener: yellow beeswax, flavoring, sodium selenite, biotin (vitamin B8).

How to use
Take 1 capsule a day with a meal.
