Instructions for use
For adults and children over 12 years of age, take 1 effervescent tablet per day, dissolved in a glass of water (250 ml), preferably in the morning with breakfast.

Keep container tightly closed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not consume without first consulting your doctor. Keep out of the sight and reach of small children. It is not indicated in people with hemochromatosis (excess absorption of iron in the body), kidney function problems and in people with a tendency to form kidney stones.
