Functionality of the ingredients

Calcium, phosphorus and vitamin D are mainly useful for promoting the normal maintenance of bones and teeth . Vitamin D promotes the absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus and supports the normal function of the immune system ; together with calcium, it contributes to the maintenance of muscle function and intervenes in the processes of cell division . Calcium also contributes to normal neurotransmission and blood clotting and, together with phosphorus, supports energy metabolism .

Recommendations for use

It is recommended to take 4 tablets twice a day with meals (4 to 8 tablets a day). Close carefully after use.

Dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose °, gum arabic °, calcium lactate, calcium citrate, calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide °°, magnesium stearate of vegetable origin °°; mixture of vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) of vegetable origin (respectively extracted from sugar cane and lichen Cladonia rangiferina).
