Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: calcium carbonate, magnesium stearate; coating agent: vegetable capsule type 1 (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); vegetable vitamin D3 from lichen (cholecalciferol).

Instructions for use
Adults: take 1 capsule per day (2,000 IU per day) immediately after a meal.
Children aged 3 to 10 years: 1 capsule every 5 days (400 IU per day).
Children, pregnant and breastfeeding women: 1 capsule every 4 days (500 IU per day).
We recommend taking the capsule immediately after a meal.
