Active principles
Vitamin K1 : vitamins K are a family of fat-soluble vitamins; the two main groups found in nature are K1 (phylloquinone) and K2 (menaquinone). They are both essential for the activation of k-dependent proteins involved in both blood coagulation and bone metabolism and the inhibition of arterial calcification. However, since vitamin K1 is retained by the liver, its main role is to activate clotting factors.

Vitamin K1 , or phylloquinone, is a nutrient present in trace amounts in some vegetables (spinach, cabbage, peas, lettuce).
The main function of this fat-soluble vitamin factor is to promote blood coagulation processes, as well as play a role in the bone mineralization mechanism, even if vitamin K2, according to scientific evidence, shows greater efficacy in bone health.
