Food supplement containing all minerals and vitamins. Useful for replenishing these nutrients before, during and after intense physical activity.

Recommendations for use

We recommend taking 2 level scoops (15 g) dissolved in a large glass of water (about 250 ml), once or twice a day at any time (15 to 30 g a day). If desired, the daily dose can be dissolved in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day; shake before using. Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
