Vitanat genacol what is it?

Vitanat is a food supplement useful for reducing pain due to arthritis and rheumatism, thanks to its mix of products it is useful for regenerating cartilage and ligaments and for increasing muscle tone, it also does not contain preservative agents or excipients.

Ingredients contained in the product
Hydrolyzed collagen, 100% pure; jelly.

How is genacol vitanat taken?
Take 3 capsules of 400 mg per day. For best results, take the empty astomach capsules before going to bed, approximately 2 hours after having eaten dinner.
Alternatively, take the capsules on an empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast.
After a few weeks of treatment and in order to optimize the results, it is possible to double the dose of 6 capsules per day, that is, 3 at bedtime and 3 before breakfast.
In order to maintain the beneficial effects of Genacol® collagen in capsules, it is recommended to take Genacol® on an ongoing basis.
