Ingredients
Magnesium bisglycinate; shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; dye: copper complexes of chlorophylls; L- tryptophan, KSM-66 ashwagandha es [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal, root] tit. 5% in withanolides, eg escolzia (Eschscholzia californica Cham., Grass) tit. 0.35% in protropin; bulking agent: calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid (calcium phosphate); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin (from Hypericumperforatum L., herb with flowers).

How to use
Take 2 capsules a day.

Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The amount of hyperericin that comes with the daily intake is 0.0001053 mg (provided by 2 capsules-daily dose). If you take any medications, ask your doctor for advice before using the product because St. John's wort extract can interfere with their metabolism by also inhibiting their activity. The diipericum extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents.
