Vitra contains Passiflora incarnata , Crataegus oxyacantha , magnesium , vitamin B6 , folate (Quatrefolic®) and vitamin B12 . Passiflora incarnata for relaxation (sleep; in case of stress) and mental well-being. Crataegus oxyacantha for relaxation and mental well-being and for the regular function of the cardiovascular system and the regularity of blood pressure. Magnesium , vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium , vitamin B6 , folate and vitamin B12 contribute to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.

Daily dose and method of use

One capsule that can be swallowed two or three times a day with a glass of water, or two or three capsules in the evening, before going to bed.
