Folate (5MTHF-Glucosamine) is useful for normal psychological function and for the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Blueberry helps protect the functionality of the microcirculation and the body from damage caused by oxidative stress.

Fish oil titrated in Docosahexaenoic Acid (MEG-3® DHA); Extra virgin olive oil (Olea europea L., fructus); Edible gelatin (capsule ingredient); Omotaurine; Coating agents: Hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, Shellac; Anti-caking agents: Silicon Dioxide; Antioxidant: DL-alpha-Tocopherol; Stabilizer: Glycerol; Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L., fructus) dry extract; Dyes: Iron Oxide, Titanium Dioxide; Quatrefolic® [(6S) -5-Methyltetrahydrofolic acid, Glucosamine salt].

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, to be swallowed with a glass of water.
