Making fresh pasta at home is an ancient tradition. With the Vivifree® pasta mix you can make a sheet that you can pull with the hammer or with the pasta machine, to make tagliatelle, lasagna, ravioli and tortellini with ease.

Easy to knead and spread. Ideal for tagliatelle, filled pasta and gnocchi.

Ingrediants:
corn starch, corn flour, rice starch, buckwheat flour
white fine, psyllium fiber, thickeners: xanthan gum.
Prepared in a factory that uses lupine and milk.
